Why didn't I get an activation email?
After you submit your email address, you should receive an activation email within 5-10 minutes that has a link to confirm and activate your email subscription. If you don't see that email, check your Spam or Junk mail folders (in Gmail, also check the Promotions, Social, Updates, and Forums folders/labels).
If the email is not there, try adding <firstname.lastname@example.org> (without brackets) to your address book and to any challenge/response, white-list or other spam filter system. We automatically resend the activation email after 3 days. If you don't get that re-sent activation email, try signing up again and be sure you typed in your email address correctly (better yet, copy and paste your address into the signup form field so you know it is correct). If none of those work, see below for how to contact us.
Yes, if you want both, just go through the sign-up process for both mailing lists.
Can I get summaries via RSS feed readers or magazines?
Yes, our site provides an RSS/Atom feed that can be used by My Yahoo, Feedly, Flipbook, Newsstand, AOL Reader, and other apps or news services.
Can I get summaries via social media?
Yes, you can get updates via Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn. However, those updates will also be broadcast to your friends and followers. These social updates link to your own social media account and thus require your login information. See the Social updates sign-up form.
If I change my mind, can I unsubscribe?
Yes, each email includes a link that lets you unsubscribe.
Who do I contact if I have a problem?
Send an email to our website tech support address listed on our Contact Us page.
